To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging

Receive Return Label

We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print it out and attach it to your package.

Ship the Product

Pack the product securely with all original accessories and drop it off at any USPS location or schedule a pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Shop Pay: 3-5 business days after processing

Processing Time

  • After We Receive Your Return: 2-3 business days for inspection
  • Refund Processing: 1-2 business days

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that show signs of use beyond normal testing (e.g., visible wear, damage, or hygiene concerns)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items without proof of purchase

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@snuzzlee.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue

We'll either send you a replacement at no cost or provide a full refund including original shipping charges.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a replacement product:

  1. Return your original item following the standard return process
  2. Place a new order on our website
  3. Once your refund is processed, it will be available for the new purchase

Return Shipping: We provide FREE return shipping via prepaid label. Do not ship items back without contacting us first, as we cannot reimburse unauthorized return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

Product Retention: The returned product must be shipped back to us to receive a refund. We cannot process refunds for items that are not returned.
